2023 Spotlight
Power For Life International, in partnership with BrightPath STEAM Academy, hosted its sophmore efforts at Camden County College this year! STEAMers from 16 states and 3 countries converged onto the campuses of Washington University and Camden County College for a hybrid, in-person & virtual, 1-Day STEAM Camp. The featured focuses of this year's camp were Health Science (The Amazing Brain), Engineering (Sneaker Design), and Math (Young Money Masters) for kids ages 7-17yrs. Among our notable corporate sponsors were Bristol Myers Squibb, RPG, Home Depot, Chick-Fil-A, Midland, and Washington University (St. Louis). Each purposeful investment granted an opportunity for underserved youth who gained exposure to the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math.

1-Day STEAM Camp 2023
This year, our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Camp for youth aged 7-17yrs included an exciting and immersive educational experience designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills for youth. Special thanks to BrightPath STEAM Academy founder, Marcia Brown-Rayford (RGP), Dr. Lovell Pugh-Bassett (CCC), Vice President, Dr. Jocelyn Lewis (CCC), Dean Anthony Driggers(CCC), Assistant Dean, Dr. Lauren Hill (CCC), and volunteers from Bristol Myers Squibb, for facilitating, coordinating the logistics, and ensuring that the facility was prepared for our STEAMers.
